The 332 m2 Villa Golden Rays VII with an indoor area of 250 m2 has the capacity to accommodate eight guests in four beautifully decorated bedrooms all of which are located on the 1st floor of the villa. Three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and satellite TV and which have access to their own bathroom with a shower and a 4 m2 balcony with an amazing view of the sea. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) a satellite TV and also has access to a private bathroom with a shower and a French balcony.  The ground floor of Villa Golden Rays VII consists of an open-plan space where the living room, the kitchen and the dining area are located at. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped so that guests lack nothing while cooking for their loved ones. The entire family can gather is the stylish dining area for eight guests and socialize over a delicious meal. The modern living room is furnished with two extremely comfortable crème couches, two armchairs and SAT/LCD TV, which make the living room the ideal space in the villa to fully relax while enjoying the view of the sea on the one side and the view of the atrium with greenery on the other side. Huge glass sliding doors from the ground floor lead onto the 82 m2 terrace with an outdoor dining area where guests will be able to enjoy meals on fresh air. The main feature of the outdoor area of Villa Golden Rays VII is the magnificent 22 m2 heated swimming pool which is partially roofed and from which guests will enjoy a view of the sea. Furthermore, there is a private beach, a sauna with a shower and a gym with an exercise bike, so that guests can have a wellness-like experience.
