The 335 m2 Villa Golden Rays II with an indoor area of 90 m2 has the capacity to accommodate eight guests in four stylish bedrooms all of which are located on the first floor of the villa. Two of the bedrooms, which are furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and Sat/LCD TV, have access to a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a 4 m2 loggia which has an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea. The third bedroom is also furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a Sat/LCD TV and has access to a en-suite bathroom with a shower and a French balcony with a gorgeous view of the sea. The final bedroom is furnished with two single beds (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and Sat/LCD TV and has a private bathroom with a shower adjacent to it. The fully equipped modern kitchen opens up to a chic dining area where eight people can be seated at. The gorgeous living room is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs and Sat/LCD TV. A special feature of Villa Golden Rays II is the atrium with greenery in the middle of the ground floor. This combined with the fact that the entire outer wall which overlooks the Adriatic Sea is made of glass created an indoor-outdoor experience in the living room where relaxation is guaranteed. Large sliding doors from the ground floor lead onto the gorgeous 90 m2 terrace which overlooks the sea and the rocky beach. However, the most distinguishing feature of the villa is the gorgeous 13 m2 indoor heated pool whose sliding doors can be opened so that the pool transforms into an outdoor pool.
