Covering an impressive 1,000 square meters, the interior of Villa Georgina can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The villa boasts six bedrooms, with four featuring double beds, two with two single beds, and one with a single bed. Four of these bedrooms are located on the first floor, including the master suite, which comes complete with a walk-in wardrobe, a private bathroom, and access to a balcony. The other three bedrooms on this floor also have their own private bathrooms. Additionally, there's a separate apartment on the first floor with its own entrance, consisting of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and two double bedrooms with attached bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa, you'll find a modern, well-equipped kitchen with convenient appliances like a hot drawer and a steam oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is a welcoming dining room and a living room with a cozy fireplace, perfect for guests to gather and enjoy their favorite movies on the comfortable couch. Villa Georgina also features a modern gym equipped with various exercise machines, a sauna, and a massage room. In the basement of the villa, there's a room for socializing with billiards, table tennis, darts, and a jukebox. But the highlight of the villa is the indoor pool with advanced artificial wave technology.

Besides the indoor pool, Villa Georgina features an outdoor infinity pool, also with artificial waves system and a delightful waterfall. A spacious 70-square-meter terrace and a covered summer kitchen with a high-quality grill provide excellent spaces for preparing delicious meals. To keep guests entertained, there are amenities like a basketball court, bicycles, and water sports equipment. For guests arriving with their own vehicles, parking is available for six cars, and there's also a three-vehicle garage. Additionally, guests with dinghies or speedboats can rent a mooring buoy located in front of the house.
