The 3000 m2 Villa Tereza with an indoor area of 400 m2 offers accommodation to 8 guests in four tastefully decorated air-conditioned bedrooms. All four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (160 x 200), and three of the four bedrooms have access to a balcony from which guests will have a gorgeous view of the breathtaking Konavle countryside. Furthermore, Villa Tereza possesses two bathrooms, one with a shower and a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as two separate toilettes. A washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board can be found in the laundry room of Villa Tereza. The rustic wooden kitchen is equipped with all the kitchen appliances and utensils guests will need for cooking tasty meals for their loved ones which can be enjoyed in the grand dining area for six guests. The cozy living room is furnished with two red leather sofas, satellite TV and a beautiful fireplace that is a décor piece and is, therefore, not in function. The courtyard of Villa Tereza is the definition of a Dalmatian countryside garden blessed with untouched Mediterranean nature. In the midst of all the greenery is the beautiful 20 m2 round swimming pool. Surrounding the pool are lounging chairs from which one has a beautiful view of the untouched greenery of the Konavle countryside. For cooking enthusiasts Villa Tereza provides a grill so that delicious grilled dishes can be prepared and enjoyed in the outdoor dining area for an Al fresco dining experience. A unique feature of Villa Tereza is the little St. Anthony chapel making this gorgeous villa ideal for a wedding ceremony.
