On the ground floor of the villa are two of the bedrooms, both air-conditioned and each equipped with a TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom which is equipped with a modern shower, washbasin and toilet. The remaining three spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa. The kitchen, dining room and living room of the villa are on the ground floor. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals during your vacation. The living and dining room are comfortably furnished and the perfect place in the house for entertaining. From here you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the outdoor area with pool. The first floor of the villa has a separate entrance, providing guests with necessary privacy. Since Villa Sun Gardens is located in Sun Gardens Dubrovnik Resort, you can use all entertainment facilities of the resort, such as sauna, jacuzzi, fitness area, billiards, bicycles, kayak, tennis court, basketball court, children's playground and even rent boats. The outdoor area of the Villa Sun Gardens simply inspires! The beautiful spacious terrace with table and chairs offers enough space to have lunch and dinner in the open air or simply to enjoy a coffee. Here is also the grill or fireplace in the Dalmatian style, on which you can prepare delicacies. The highlight is of course the private pool, surrounded by loungers and parasols. Villa Sun Gardens is located in the Sun Gardens Dubrovnik resort. Here you will find a wide range of entertainment. The beach at the resort is beautiful. Exactly, the resort, as well as the villa, is located in the small village of Orašac, near Dubrovnik. There are some old churches here, such as St. Nicholas Church which was built in 1250, which are really worth visiting. The old town of Dubrovnik is only 12km away from Villa Sun Gardens. It is an absolute must to visit the city of Dubrovnik whose beauty is of Dubrovnik so mesmerizing that even the popular Game of Thrones series was filmed here. Also, you can enjoy a walk through the Old Town on the walls of Dubrovnik with breathtaking view. The Mljet National Park is also not far away and we definitely recommend a boat trip to the islands of Lokrum, Lastovo, Korčula and Elafiti. On the hill of Srđ you will get a breathtaking panoramic view of Dubrovnik.
