The 550 m2 Villa Paulina with an indoor area of 450 m2 has the capacity to accommodate up to 12 people. The villa features an eclectic style combining the Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern furnishing style and consists of four floors: the ground floor, the first floor, the second floor and the attic. The ground floor of Villa Paulina consists of a spacious professional kitchen which is fully equipped, as well as a dining room with a fully stocked wine fridge where guests will find top-notch Croatian and foreign wine. Furthermore, there is an artistically painted living room ideal for relaxing in a unique environment and a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor of the villa, known as the Paulina suite, consists of the master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. In addition to the master bedroom, there is another beautiful bedroom with a piano and floor to ceiling windows which provide a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Lokrum and the Old Town Dubrovnik. The second floor of Villa Paulina consists of two spacious suites, the Lidija and the Luksa suite. Both suits are furnished with a double bed and have access to a private bathroom while one of the bedrooms also has an exit to a gorgeous balcony with a sea view. The wellness facilities of Villa Paulina are also located on this floor of the villa which include a sauna room with a shower and a romantic black and white mirror room with a Devon & Devon bathtub where bubble baths become extra luxurious. In contrast to the rest of the house, the attic of Villa Paulina is designed in a minimalist futuristic style with a king sized bed and a private bathroom which is ideal for guests who like an extra dose of privacy and relaxing with a good book.

The courtyard of Villa Paulina features a wooden deck with a gorgeous 20 m2 heated swimming pool where guests can cool off and enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and the City Walls of Dubrovnik in front of them.
