The 1000 m2 Villa Mey’s Place with an indoor area of 180 m2 has the capacity to accommodate 7 guests in four beautifully decorated bedrooms located on the 1st floor of the villa. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom has one single bed. Furthermore, all of the bedrooms are furnished with an A/C system and a TV and enjoy an astounding view of the Adriatic Sea. The master bedroom has access to a beautiful balcony and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The other three bedroom share a bathroom with a shower. The entire Villa Mey’s Place is decorated in a nautical aesthetic with blue and white stripes which create true Mediterranean ambience and complement the view of the sea throughout the villa. The ground floor of Villa Mey’s Place features a gorgeous kitchen equipped with all kitchen appliances such as a toaster, a microwave, a mixer, a blender, etc., so that guests can cook for their loved ones with ease. The lovely dining area for six people is connected to the living room and enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. Furthermore, for coffee lovers, there is a coffee bar where guests can make all kinds of coffee. The chic living room is furnished with extremely large and comfortable couch, a TV, a DVD-player and Hi-Fi, while the walls are adorned with Renaissance paintings. Pets are also allowed to stay at the beautiful Villa Mey’s Place. A cleaning service every 3 days is included in the price of the villa.

Glass doors from the living/dining room lead onto a roofed terrace with multiple seating areas which have a gorgeous view of the rugged coastline and the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. Hidden in the shades of palm trees is the 18 m2 infinity swimming pool which is one of the key features which set Villa Mey’s Place apart from other villas. Furthermore, for guests who enjoy dining on fresh air, there is an outdoor dining area eight people on the roofed terrace. Another unique feature of Villa Mey’s Place is the private beach where guests will also have access to a private boat mooring.
