Unutarnji prostor Vile Royal Green 3 od 80m2 nudi smještaj za 6 gostiju u tri lijepo uređene klimatizirane spavaće sobe, od kojih dvije imaju bračni krevet, a treći dva odvojena kreveta. Uz to, gostima će biti na raspolaganju dvije kupaonice opremljene tušem i ostalim kupaonskim potrepštinama, poput ručnika, sušilom za kosu, peglom itd. Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena i posjeduje sve kuhinjske aparate i pribor za pripremu ukusnih jela. Kuhinja je povezana s ugodnim dnevnim boravkom s udobnim kaučem i satelitskom TV, stvarajući savršen prostor za opuštanje i gledanje filma tijekom vrućih ljetnih dana. Cijeli objekt ima pristup bežičnom internetu.

Iz kuhinje se ulazi na natkrivenu terasu s vrtnom garniturom i roštiljem, gdje naši gosti mogu pokazati svoje kulinarske vještine na roštilju. Prednji dio dvorišta krasi prekrasan 32m2 veliki grijani bazen, okružen ležaljkama i suncobranima. Uz to, gosti imaju vanjski tuš neposredno uz bazen radi maksimalne udobnosti. Gostima Vile Royal Green 3 koji dođu automobilom, na raspolaganju će biti osigurano parkirno mjesto.

Žerava je savršena turistička destinacija za one koji žele iskusiti miran odmor u Hrvatskoj, daleko od vreve velikih gradova. Ipak, Žerava se nalazi u blizini nekih od najpoznatijih turističkih odredišta u Hrvatskoj, poput Nina (8km) i Zadra (12km). Nin je odličan izbor za obitelji s malom djecom jer se uz Ninsku lagunu mogu naći mnoge pješčane plaže s plitkim vodama. Kao prvi kraljevski hrvatski grad, Nin ima bogatu kulturnu i povijesnu baštinu, koja svjedoči o davno prošlom vremenu. Takav je primjer katedrala Sv. Križ, koja je najmanja katedrala na cijelom svijetu. Zadar, središte regije, ima mnoštvo turističkih ponuda - od znamenitih spomenika, preko muzeja, do restorana s nevjerojatnom dalmatinskom kuhinjom. Iz Zadra možete ići na izlet u okolna područja. Preporučujemo posjet Nacionalnom parku Kornati, često zvanog "nautički raj", jer se sastoji od 89 prekrasnih otoka, otočića i grebena ili Nacionalni park Krka, gdje ćete vidjeti slapove i imati priliku zaroniti u vodu što je rijetkost s obzirom da u većini nacionalnih parkova to nije dopušteno.

Positive elements- Outside is lovely, pool is a great size, beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The team are very responsive and reacted quickly to any requests/ problems Some negatives if you don't mind.... The villa is billed as sleeping 6, we were a family of 5- there are only 4 sunbeds- surely there should be 6? There are just not enough dishes/ glasses/ plates- 5 wine glasses, 10 water glasses, 5 or 6 bowls (I ended out buying 4 more), 5 cups, 6 or 7 plates- after breakfast we had to put on the dishwasher just so we had enough plates for lunch- as it is a bit out of town I think you should anticipate people will be cooking at home and need more utensils and dishes Similarly 1 chopping board- (I bought another) but if someone is cutting bread and then fruit/ vegetables/ chicken/ fish you need more than one- there should be plenty. The internet is absolutely awful and 4G is not always available- in this day and age that is just not acceptable without being flagged to people beforehand- it is not even close to good enough to stream a movie or even use social media- similarly, most tv's are "smart" nowadays with built in netflix etc.. Even if you could download a movie, there was no way to play it on the tv. Satellite tv - should be flagged that it is German satellite tv with no premium channels and only one English channel (Sky news) Seating to watch tv/ relax in the evening- one sofa (again- this is a 6 person villa)- there needs to be more. It is billed as a premium villa and while we were delighted with the outdoor area, the inside left a lot to be desired in terms of items provided and overall size (the bedrooms in particular are very small, barely room to walk around the beds). If you are embedded in demanding life pace, well, this is the perfect spot to recharge. Strategic long-term vision of attractive residences on great location, smart and attractive project, nice landscaping, perfect organization of the staff, taking care of the property, residences, the guests and the host, who is doing excellent job from managerial point of view. Nin and Zadar are few km away, numerous local market stands with fresh fruits & vegetables as well as pretty good restaurants are nearby. The only “must” you need to do is to relax. Even though the four residences are visually connected from sky perspective, they provide high level of privacy with clever landscaping, used for further privacy upgrade. The location is amazing, the view reaches far away, far from the left, the donkeys are announcing their presence, far from the right ducks and roosters are having their thing - trust me, this is all you need when lounging on the terrace or swimming in the pool. This piece of serenity and nice design indoor & outdoor was found randomly, with no special expectations, however due to high level of service and responsiveness by the host, the two of us have already became number one fans😊.
